I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

I may post completed commissions on my social media or portfolio to showcase my work. If you’d prefer your commission to stay private, please let me know!

All commissions are digital only, no physical items will be mailed.

Preferred communication platforms are email or discord. Please provide an active email/discord account so I can send WIPs and quickly follow up for feedback.

You should provide a clear and detailed description of what you’d like. Include any visual references, such as character designs, poses, backgrounds, colors, or other elements you’d like to see. If you feel indecisive, I can help decide what I think will work best. A form is available if you're having trouble structuring your request!

All commission updates and work-in-progress will be shared on a Trello board, so you can easily track the progress of your commission. All updates to the board will be notified through the agreed communication platform

You can request to see WIPs(Work In Progress) of your commission at any time.

Major revisions are accepted during the sketching stage. Once I start the cleanup stage, only small changes can be made. I won’t accept large changes after said stage.

Completion time is usually 2–4 weeks after payment depending on complexity. You will be notified in case of any delays.

You’ll get to review the piece at four stages: sketch, lineart, color, and rendering. Please check each stage carefully and share any feedback at those points.

Slow feedback or multiple edits might extend the overall turnaround time.

Finished artwork will be delivered via email or drive as a PNG or JPG file. PSD or CSP files will not be shared.

All prices are in USD and handled through PayPal invoices. Please provide your name and email address linked to your PayPal account to send the invoice.

Commissions must be paid in full upfront after we agree on the initial concept. Work will begin once payment is received.

Your personal information will only be used for invoicing. It won’t be shared or used for anything else.

You can request a full refund if you cancel the commission before it has been processed. Partial refunds are available if you cancel before the lineart stage. No refunds will be issued after the next illustration stage has begun.

Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed and will be priced separately.

You may not reprint, reproduce, or sell my artwork for profit.

You can share or repost your commission as long as you give credits to me.

You may not: claim the artwork as your own, remove or alter my signature or watermark, edit or modify the piece without permission, use it for NFTs, blockchain, or AI training.
